These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scenechronicity platform ("the Platform"), operated by 3D Media Limited ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 11898584). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Scenechronicity is a cloud-based production finance management tool designed for use by film and television production companies, studios, and their crew. It provides functionality for cost tracking, budget management, supplier management, and financial reporting. Access to the Platform is by invitation only. You must be invited by a platform administrator or your production company. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@3dmedia.info if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when setting up your account and to keep this information up to date.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the Platform to transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform • Use the Platform to store or transmit malicious code • Circumvent any security or access control measures • Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation • Share your login credentials with any other person

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform ("Your Data"). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We do not verify or take responsibility for the accuracy of data entered by users.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content created by 3D Media Limited — are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

We aim to provide a reliable and available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Media Limited shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform • Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities • Any errors or omissions in financial data entered by users Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you (or on your behalf) for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (such as email delivery, cloud storage, or currency data providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we cease to operate the Platform. You may request closure of your account by contacting info@3dmedia.info. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data for the period required by applicable law before deletion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
